Purpose

Fees and Charges

• Network fees apply for blockchain transactions and are determined by the underlying blockchain network.
• Platform fees may apply for certain services and will be disclosed prior to transaction execution.
• KYC requirements depend on the transaction type and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Minimum transaction amounts may apply. The issuer reserves the right to change this at any time without prior notice.
• ZSwap is not a bank account and funds held on the platform bear no interest.
• All fees are subject to change at the discretion of ZSwap with reasonable notice provided to users.

Withdrawal Procedure

• Users have the ability to withdraw funds from their account to external wallets at any time, subject to network conditions and applicable fees.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on blockchain network conditions and are outside of ZSwap's direct control.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of withdrawal addresses. ZSwap is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

Use of ZSwap Platform

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction when using the ZSwap Platform.
• ZSwap may setup and adjust, in its sole discretion, transaction limits, account limits, and other restrictions for risk control and regulatory compliance purposes from time to time. Any transaction exceeding such limits shall be rejected.
• ZSwap may decline to authorize or reverse transactions or suspend accounts for any reason including violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements. ZSwap is not responsible for losses resulting from declined or reversed transactions.
• If ZSwap determines that a Client's account receives, or is likely to receive, a disproportionately high number of declined transactions, reversals, refunds, disputes, fees or other liability, the Client may be subject to certain handling fees upon notice via email. The Client agrees to terminate the use of the Services if it does not agree to such fees or charges.
• The platform utilizes sophisticated security systems to protect user funds and data. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, private keys, and any authentication methods.
• The Client shall be responsible for securing account credentials and security features. The Client shall be responsible for charges, fees and penalties resulting from any client's failure to exercise reasonable care in safeguarding account access from loss or theft, failure to promptly report loss or theft. If the Client uses or allows someone else to use the account for any unauthorized purpose, the Client will be responsible for such use and may be required to reimburse ZSwap for all amounts or expenses paid as a result of such use. The Client understands that it is its responsibility to monitor any suspicious or unauthorized activities on the account. The Client understands that it is liable for the unauthorized use of the account to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Cancellation Process

• Users may request account closure at any time through the platform interface or by contacting support.
• Before account closure, users must withdraw all remaining balances. Any remaining balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited.
• ZSwap reserves the right to close accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
• Upon account closure, all access to the platform and associated services will be terminated.
